At Fit & Flow Clothing, we stand behind the premium quality of our casualwear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of jeans, pants, shirts, swimwear, or tops, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Our Return Policy

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
  • Final Sale Items: Swimwear (for hygiene reasons) and any discounted clearance items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged

Note: For hygiene reasons, all swimwear purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Returns: Refund amount may be adjusted for any import duties or taxes that cannot be recovered

Exchange Process
