All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two convenient shipping methods to customers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Trackable service with regular updates
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our jeans, pants, shirts, tops, and t-shirts. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Additionally, any clearance items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Refund Process
